Brief:To design a premium sales brochure for Eastern suburbs real estate agent Mark Lowe.
Challenges: Creating a design that allowed for a large amount of information to be quickly and easily digested

Brief: To come up with a brochure design that not only looks great but also conveys complex information in a way that is engaging
Challenges: Stepping away from what Felix's competitors were doing to produce something out-of-the-box
Outcome: We devised a series of fun illustrations, along with a vibrant colour palette to further enhance the brochure design

Project: What started as a fairly straight-forward brand voice document design, quickly evolved into a full blown brand refresh.
Brief: Factory One was initially briefed to redesign a 24 page brand voice bible. Upon delving further into Synergy's current identity, we identified an opportunity to evolve their current brand into something more contemporary and aligned with their future business aspirations.
Outcome: We collaborated closely with Synergy IT to evolve their current brand, into something that kept the essence of their past business but better represented their plans for growth and innovation. The sleek brand evolution included a new vibrant and cohesive colour palette, website design and comprehensive brand voice bible, which sets them apart in the competitive IT Services landscape.
Project: Having rebranded My Place Estate Agents many years ago, we were recently engaged again to give their decade old presence a fresh look.
Brief: We were tasked with redesigning My Place's fleet of four luxury vehicles. Upon delivering the creative for their new car designs, we were asked to roll out the refreshed look across all their marketing material.
Outcome: The extensive project encapsulated redesigning all of their printed collateral, a fleet of vehicles, website and digital marketing assets. We were able to keep the essence of their original brand but bring it bang up to date by implementing a strong pattern, contemporary typography and a modern colour palette.
